Most local papers have back issues of the newspaper on the internet although you have to pay a certain amount to access them. Most though do not have anything that far back. Go to the library and look on those old microfesh papers.

if you know the website for the local paper there go to the site and search in there archives under the name of the victim, that should be able to pull it up.

Go to the library. They keep newspapers for ever. You could find it there. Just to the library and ask the librarian, they'll help you. It will be easy to find there.
