Connecticut Light & Power has asked people to "power down." I have been without electricity for 2 nights and with these high temps 90 degrees, it has been unbearable. This is the 2nd day the company I work for has turned all the lights off in the building with just our computers working. As I type this I am sitting in the dark at my desk, too funny!
