there is nothing wrong with that. GOOD friends r hard 2 come by. everyone u meet in life u should not call a friend. i thought i had several friends, turned out i didn't. some people r out 2 use u and abuse u. they could b jealous, envious etc. call me paranoid but i am constantly making sure everyone doesn't know my business. there r some haters out there. 1 friend is all u need. i only have one 2. maybe two. i keep 2 myself because some females CANNOT b trusted. trust me. they r scandelous...

If you ask anyone who is older you will find that in life, a person really has had only a few close friends. That's it! We may have many acquaintances throughout life: people we know at work, our neighbors, people we know at the gym or church or school. But a good friend is hard to come by. A true friend loves you for who you are, not what you do or where you go or who you know. A true friend will not abandon you at times when you are unlikable. A true friend will always forgive you and not hold anything against you. I am 42 and I have had many acquaintances, but I've only had 2 true friends in my life. I've known them for 14 and 25 years, we still talk on the phone, tell each other secrets, cry and laugh together and everything else. One even lives hundreds of miles away. It's nice to have acquaintances to hang with once and a while, but a friend will be there forever!

I am the same way. I have one truly nice and awesome friend that I absolutely love to hang with. She is one of a kind...and sometimes it might be better to have one precious friend than a dozen fake ones dont ya think???

Think quality... not quantity. More friends can mean more trouble. Reach out to other people in your community. Volunteer your time and energy helpiing your elderly neighbors or people who are disabled or children who are in need.
You might find other people who are caring and kind and worthy of your friendship.

well i know how you feel because i have only 1 real girfriend we have been friends since kindgrand and we rased our kids together and i have grandkids and sow do she she is sick now sow we talk a lot more and rember haveing only 1 is a very special friend rember that ok

THIS IS SIMPLE!!!!!, PEOPLE ARE CRUEL, SELFISH, AND STUPID. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT, BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE ONLY OUT FOR THEMSELES AND IF IT CAME DOWN TO IT THEY WOULD KILL YOU FOR A MILLION DOLLARS.
