No. I had a few iguanas for several years. Iguanas don't really have enough personality to have a relationship 'ruined' with them. He may be more of a jerk than normal for a little bit, but if you make sure and give him attention as soon as you get home and spend time with him, it should help. Let him know you're still around and he'll get over it.

Not to be rude, but GET A GRIP ON YOURSELF!!! An iguana is a stupid animal! If you treated a human like this, it would be different! Don't worry about your iguana! It will be fine!
Anyway, isn't it possible to feed him in the morning BEFORE you go to class? If not, you may want to consider readjusting your schedule somehow so you can get it done.

Reptiles don't have very complex brains so it is hard for them to become friends like a dog or cat can. As long as you handle, feed and play with your iguana each day your relationship should continue.

A friend's iguana committed suicide when she started college. He got out of his cage, chewed into a lamp's electric cord while the lamp was on and received the shock of his life (death). There's nothing like the smell of roasted iguana in the afternoon.

No, but just make sure you take him out of his tank and handle him on a regular basis. My brother neglected to do this and his iguana would whip him with his tail and would not let him take him out. He finally had to give him away because he got so aggressive.

I don't think that person should report you.
It may put a strain on your relationship, but the iguana will adjust, just try to show it you love it very much.

iguana hold your hand.
I have no knowledge of iguanas. I just thought of that and thought it was cute.
Good luck with the beast and I hope somebody who knows something shows up.
