Yes. Anyone who wants a divorce can get one even if the other spouse doesn't. You can drag it out a long time, but if he wants to do it, he can make it happen.

If your husband went and got divorce papers and he signed them and you didn't then he can not make you do a darn thing about it he will be with you for ever and all he can do is just leave the house or seperate from you but you will always be married to him. The only other way is if you found out he is cheating or if you found out your marrage was a sham?

Yes, I beleive the may still beable to get a divorce.
But here is something to think about, If they don't want to be with you, why hold on... I know it is a very hurtful feeling. but letting go may be the best thing.

yes. I believe there is no-fault divorce in all 50 states.. The basis for divorce only requires a statement of unreconciliable differences..

If he asking for one, there must be problem you are aware of unless you've been absolutely clueless.

Yep, he can. You can fight it and spend a lot of money trying to stop it but ultimately the divorce will happen. Do yourself a favor and spend your time and money getting the best deal out it instead of fighting it.

Yes. You can make it harder for him especially if you have kids & property to deal with. It may take him a while but he'll get it. Why would you even want to stay with a man that doesn't want you? I don't get the logic.

it depends where are you come from, in California, you can divorcee without a reason, in some Asian countries, you can't divorce unless both of you agree.

I believe so, but I think you can fight them on it . But, do you really want to be with someone that doesn't want to be with you? What a miserable life that would be.
