Pffffffft..........that's not depression. That's an air bubble. Pump him up just a little and I'm sure he'll get into the flow of things just fine. If he gets distracted.......just tap him one more time.
Besides....never let a pony keg roam free. You'll never know where he's going to leave your deposit.

Pony kegs get depressed when they are too full. You must help it relieve the pressure built up inside. Stay away from the liquid secretion though; it is very intoxicating if ingested by humans and can make you do foolish things. It doesn't seem to bother other pony kegs aside from the depression.

what? and just let anyone have the pony keg then? you obviously don't know the rules to having a pony keg, and that's a major violation my friend. Keep it, and keep it close. Maybe spend more time with him...you'll probably lose all your other friends and have to start going to stupid meetings, but that's a small price to pay when the happiness of a pony keg is in question. Follow your heart.

Is he barrel chested? Is there trouble brewing? Is that why he is depressed? Maybe he is addicted to wild oats. Have him stop colt turkey. Maybe you should pony up the money and hire a psychiatrist. Stop horsing around with his mental health. Avoid the herd mentality. Don't allow yourself to be saddled with guilt. Don't go over budget with your pony keg, or you will be tapped out. I can hardly wait to see his lovable mug when he is allowed to roam free. It will be hard on you. You will be sadder but wiser once he is able to roam the busch on the high plains.

It needs the love and company of a full sized keg to keep it happy and healthy. A free ranging pony keg is for trendy yuppy scum.
