Blame must be assigned to those countries, organizations that seek to destroy another country. This would apply to Syria and Iraq (both of whom have open, declared wars on Israel), Iran (whose President has called for the destruction of Israel) and Hamas/Hezbollah both of which are terrorist organizations that have called for the elimination of Israel as a state.

If you want to know who is honestly to blame for this entire situation then you should look at Great Britain. The Former British Empire chopped this region up in such a way that Muslims of different sects feud with each other. They also chopped India and Pakistan up in the same way.
However, their worst offense was supported by the United Nations in the wake of the Holocaust and that was when they forced the Palestinians to give a large chunk of their land back to the people that God had kicked out thousands of years prior for their worship of pagan gods.
If it wasn't for this insulting manuever, the financial and political backing of Arab Dictators, coupled with the stationing of Western World Militaries on "Muslim Holy Grounds" and drilling for oil in the same areas; there wouldn't be a problem.

the united states and israel, and here is why...israel is merely a puppet of the us; their entire armed forces and defenses are what the us gave them...israel became an ally of the us and has become a bully in the mid east ever since...there have been benefits for the nation since they joined forces with the us (they have been able to defend themselves when attacked by rogue nations); hoever, israel as allowed the additional help of the us to 'go to their head' in the sense that they are acting invincible, indestrcutable, and above all moral and ethical law. they have violated the geneva treaty on many occassions (much like its big brother america), and if they want to be friends with the us, then they have to play by the rules that all the other friends of the us (and including the us) have decided are best to maintain global peace....which, clearly they are not..

Israel. If they weren't so harsh with the Palestinians then I don't think the terrorists would have as much motive to attack them.
Did you know that in Israel, non-Jews are not allowed to buy or lease property? that license-plates are color-coded for Jews and non-Jews? that Palestinians have nightly curfews? Doesn't that sound like Nazi Germany to you?
Israel claims that these measures are taken to halt terrorism but as anyone can see, terrorism against Israel is stronger than ever before.
The only problem is that the U.S. is obliged to back Israel no matter what, which allows Israel to do whatever it wants to do.
