For even better restaurants, look at Guy Savoy's in Caesar's and Joel Robuchon's at the Mansion. They will cost you at least $400 per person incl. wine and tip, though...

I've eaten at all the above mentioned restaurants, and they are great, too, though I wasn't crazy about Chinois. Also, La Cirque and Picasso in Bellagio are both fantastic.

I just went to Joel Robuchon's last Saturday. Best meal I've ever had :) Sit in the garden area instead of the stuffier inside area.

Honestly I don't think there are any bad restaurants in Vegas. I love La Salsa Cantina and there are a few of them in the area. Always good and cheap. Try the Steaks and Sticky Toffee Pudding at Gallager's at New York New York and Tsunami at the Venetian. Great tip - all the places serve large portions, so you can split a meal and save a little $$.

My favorites

Chinois at Caesar's Palace
Wolfgang Puck owned and operated. Great sushi bar and Mongolian lamb to die for.

Delmonico at the Venetian
Emeril Legasse owned and operated. Unmatched seafood.

Hugo's Cellar at the Four Queens (downtown)
An old timer's/local favorite for fine dining with all the pampering.

Ortanique at Paris
I haven't tried this one but have heard great things about the food and the intimate ambiance.

I agree you would have to hunt in Vegas to find a bad restaurant...It has the best food ever..
