There can be many reasons for feeling tired, some of which are due to medical reasons, some may be your lifestyle and work/school load.

You may be anemic or losing a lot of blood during periods that can affect a woman's energy level. Taking an iron supplement can help this or see a doctor for blood work to help rule this out.

You may just be 'burning the candle at both ends" by partying too much or just not getting into a regular sleep schedule where you can get the solid 7 or 8 hours of shut-eye a body needs to feel refreshed. Depression or stress can make you feel tired as well.

Examine WHY you might be feeling so tired and either make changes to your behaviour and see if that helps or see a doctor if you can honestly say you have no idea why you are feeling this way. Good luck.

Well there could be a lot of reasons why. I'll start from the simple onto the more difficult. You might be over exerting yourself physically, mentally or both. Not enough nutrients. You might not be absorbing all the necessary nutrients. Can be a brain fog. Try and start your day off with a berry shake I freeze my berries so I don't have to add ice. You can add some cod liver oil if you'd like or some whey protein ( you can get it at Gnc but I find walmart is less expensive)

Get out and exercise. Lately I've been constantly tired and I get a lot of sleep. I figure the problem is because I sleep too much. Exercising and doing various activities will keep you energized and awake.

Depending on how old you are and other symptoms, there is not anyway to tell. You need to see a doctor and let them do tests to see what the problem is! Good Luck!!!!!!!!
