Dell used to be a really great company while Michael Dell owned it. Now that he has gone, Dell has turned to %$#@. The hardware is OK, but the support after the sale is really bad. It is almost always in some other country like India, or Mexico, or Indonesia, and they really don't seam to care about your problems. I am having much better luck buying from Sony.

Ok Dell computer.. you can realllly rely on dell and also the service provided by them... for instance.. my friend bought bought a Dell Inspiron laptop... and after few months.. the screen got wet somehow and it stopped functioning.. so he called up the guys and asked them what to do... they told him to do some stuffs with it but no use.. no result.. je called them up again and told them bout the problem so htne they told him that his new replacement is on the waya nd they replaced th whole laptop for him.... you can try using it..... its good....
