Old Navy is has cute clothes that are in style for cheap. Kohls and JC Penny also have a variety of styles for less

Check to see if you have a re-sale shop near you. A lot of times there are brand new clothes in there that are very inexpensive.

Kohls is a good place with a bunch of cute clothes. JC Penny is also pretty good, but it is all based upon your sense of style.

Try ross you can get shirts for like $9.99 and sometimes jeans at that price. try it. hope i helped :-)
