I am so sick of these good for nothing jobs. I need a real job! I hate having to save every penny for bills! It's time I suck it up and go to school. I have lots of ideas, but I keep changing my mind. Please help...... good paying and benifits too. It would be great if i didn't have to go to school very long either. I hated school, that's why I keep procrastinating!

Try to think what you really like doing. (Also think what you don't like doing). Getting a job "just for money" will probably mean you'll hate your job 8 hours a day 5 days a week. And that's a lot of hating.

Also think how can you get paid for doing what you like, i.e. how to turn it into professon.

Do you like answering people's questions? Do you like to be helpful? Maybe you will become a good teacher (hmm, wait, this job doesn't pay). But maybe you'll become a good tech support person.

Do you like beauty products?
Here are some levels
-beauty store sales (requires no extra education)
-cosmetologist (requires some education)
-chemist who develops new products (requires college degree)

You say you have a lot of ideas, but you keep changing your mind. Why? Do you get discouraged? Do you decide it was bad idea for a reason?

I think a degree that will guarantee a job is in accounting. Think about this.....every business, regardless of the size, or the nature of a business, will need an accountant. Even if you are thinking to open a business of your own, it's wise to have some accounting concept, so that you will know how to read a financial statment , or to prevent your employees stealing money from you. Of course, that also depends on how much you dislike math. Most people found accounting boring, but it pays, if that;'s what you want. But you dont want to go to school, I dont know what else to say. I work full time as an accountant, and still going to school at night. I dont like it also, but I must do it in order to have better future.

well its kind of hard to get a great paying job with good benefits if you dont want to go to school long...umm...the greatest paying jobs id say are surgeons, lawyers, pedeatritions, etc...but those are all like 9 years of college. Id say cosmetology...it doesnt take long for school and you get awesome pay.

Try anything computers, software, etc. Its the age of technology. Some of my friends work in IT departments for companies and make lots of money to just answer others problems and fix their problems.
