Why is it that every single time you get involved with someone on a serious note, then everybody is attracted to you. But when you're single, the neighborhood dog won't give you the time of day?

Or...When you get dressed up to go out and YOU know you look good, nothing. But go to the store looking like hell warmed over then...poof, people flock to you.
(JUST WANTED TO ADD THAT ON)

because when you are in love, you look happy and beautiful, you are positive and confident, people are attracted to you for that.

(*LOL*) I know the feeling. When I was involved it seemed like there were men crawling out of the woodwork...ended the relationship and I felt like I'd been dropped in the middle of a desert.
I think we walk taller, and shine, when we're involved. It makes us more attractive...that confident "I am LOVED" aura.

When your dressed to kill you are not as approachable as when you are in the soup row at the market in sweats and a t-shirt
When us men see something shiny we look around to see if it belongs to someone .... but when it is kind of dull we just pick it up ... it goes back to the old pirate days

I think It's because people want what they can't have. They see that you're with someone and they decide that they want you now because your forbidden and that makes you more temptous and diserable and a challenge.

Haha that's funny, but true. Might be better that way, though. I'm single but not looking.

You "belong" to someone else and as human nature, people want what someone else already has
