Keys sticking: pop them off with a pair of needlenose and clean with a q-tip and a very small amount of rubbing alcohol.

As everyone else has said, it depends on the keyboard.
If it is a decent mechanical keyboard, contact the manufacturer.
If it is a cheaper membrane based keyboard, introduce it to your trashcan. I would suggest taking the opportunity to buy a decent keyboard.

You could just go buy a new one. They are very inexpensive now.
