Who makes clothing under the sashimi label?

Im in the outerwear buisness and Im always looking for new junior outerwear, such as in the case I cant seem to find who is the manufacturer for sashimi.

I bought these jackets and Nordstrom Rack. It could be something that they private labeled or relabeled from an overseas mill.
