it could be a drug toxicity if your any drugs or medication.. be more specific of your health background in your answer.. if you are on medication check the following website out.. http://www.something-fishy.org/doctors/medications.php
it could just been the migraine "A migraine is a throbbing or pulsating headache that is often one sided (unilateral) and associated with nausea; vomiting; sensitivity to light, sound, and smells; sleep disruption; and depression. Attacks are often recurrent and tend to become less severe as the migraine sufferer ages." It could also be TB http://www.ukcoalition.org/tb/medical.html
MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU NEED TO GET YOURSELF TO A DOCTOR OR A&E as soon as possible

See a doctor. You had migraine coz you were dehydrated from vomiting. You might have a bad blood circulation and calcium deficiency. Drink lots of water. Possible that you're pregnant too.

well your age weight and height i'm pretty sure don't have much to do with it, but the vomiting was probebly caused by the migraine ( my sister gets them) as for the tingling, ask your doctor

tingling in the hands could be a sign of a heart attack. most people experience a tingling sensation before having one. this isn't always true my best advice would be to see a doctor. because it could be anything its best to get it checked out before it gets worse.

my aunt and mom are nurses, here is my mom...... ok darling, you may have a little bug but you won't die.Just some tylenol and lay in a warm bath. If it does not go away you need to see the doctor. I am happy to be a help.

My advice to you: You should definately see a doctor.
I hope it's nothing, but just too rule out anything. It might be a virus or something that only lasts a few days.
Feel better.
