People have different points of view and personality so we don't always get along and it would be happy if we all just get along but it seems kinda boring because there's no one to hate or problems to move on to, etc.

I'd be happy to but there are hundreds of thousands of poor Muslims that have been brainwashed to believe that I must be destroyed if I don't convert to their religion. There is no reasoning with someone like that so how are we going to get along?

It's in the nature of Humans. orriginally before civilization we were savage hunters. today when we act out as violent we are obeying our instincts. so long as humans exist there will be no peace.
