I don't think there would be any adverse physical reactions to it, if that's what you are talking about. Psychologically, though, you'd probably have traumatic flashbacks for the rest of your life and have to undergo extensive (and expensive) psychotherapy. :-)

Nothing at all. It won't taste very nice, though. Women sometimes swallow semen when they give a man oral sex, and nothing happens, whatseover. I know, I've done it.
