You said something that causes me pause. You said you work with her. This could be a sticky situation. Might I suggest you have a bite to eat with her one day and casually ask her about her thoughts about two women seing each other on a date. With the two of you working at the same place could turn ugly if she is totally straight.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. But you're acting on a lot of assumptions. First of all, if you're really a lesbian, you wouldn't have to wonder about it. You're born that way, so it shouldn't take that long once you reach adulthood to know whether or not you prefer girls. But now that you've convinced yourself, you're making false assumptions about the object of your desire. What gives you the right to call her stupid? If you like stupid people, it's because you have a low self esteem. If you had superior intelligence yourself, you would seek people of like mind. Don't be surprised if she turns you down.

Be careful about approaching people at work. Find out how she feels about lesbians first, maybe bring up LGBT rights and see how she responds. Then use your discretion. Good luck!

Be very careful. Lot's of people are offended by the idea of lesbianism.Ask her what she thinks about it and if she has a boyfriend. Ask if she's ever thought of dating a girl. If she doesn't like the idea keep your urges to yourself.

It depends on how secure you are within yourself. You may end up getting fired for sexual harrassment especially if she is homophobic....I'd leave it alone and go to gay bars where you are sure their in the same thinking mode at you.
