Terrell Owens was the biggest wide reciever the Eagles have had in a long time.Do you think they will end up like the Eagles before T.O. or will they be heading to Miami in February ?

Without the big name, you still will get Big Game Play from Reggie Brown, Todd Pinkston, and L.J. Smith at TE. McNabb has relied on the last two players to be consistent for him. Reggie Brown will look to build upon his late rookie season success and possibly make himself a big name.

Remember, the Eagles didn't really have big names when they went three straight seasons to the NFL Championship. They picked up T.O. and went to #4, but they made the playoff run to the Super Bowl without Owens's services due to injury.

Staying healthy is key for their success (which is obviously true for all NFL teams). They will shock the NFL and take a wildcard spot at least since they are back to full strength and many teams are not taking them as seriously as they should. They may not go to Miami this season, but they must not be overlooked (projected record 10 -6)

They will do better than last year! I 'll say 8-8. if you look at the past years when the Eagles went to the NFC champ games they had no big time wr's. McNabb makes wr's better so i wouldn't be worried if I were you. Not a playoff team because of division, but a playoff team in any other division!

they'll be better...a lot better...like before TO got there better...

it's true that a QB is only as good as his recievers, but a reciever is only as good as his QB and the QB touches the ball first so he trumps the WR. icehoundxx is the right answer...I mean...lets compare QBs;

Bledsoe, Manning, McNabb, and Brunell...McNabb has the capability to carry his team by himself...the others don't

McNabb is going to have to loose weight so he can run. If he can't find any receivers open, then he's going to either have to run to gain yards or avoid getting killed.
