I hav the router also. I use it for my laptop, but when i try to get the internet it tells me to check my security for my network connections then try again. What does that mean?

First, make sure that the WLAN trigger on your PSP (bottom left, I think it is silver) is flipped so that the light by it is flashing.I think it is asking you to give the WEP code on your router, or possibly the WPA password that you have on it. If you do not have one for your router, check the security of your wireless router to see what security settings you have on it (i.e. if it only allows devices with a MAC code already given, other security features, etc.)

Also, figure out if the PSP works at other wireless hotspots such as a Starbucks or neighboring network around town. Good luck!

you have to look at the mac address on the router. If it has the restricted access, you will have to manually input your mac address onto the router

good luck!
