I think it's a fanastic movie! I've watched it a lot over the years, I even play the soundtrack quite frequently, it's simply a brilliant film. Tom Tykwer is a wonderful German director, and if you like "Run Lola Run", check out "Winter Sleepers" and "The Princess and the Warrior" as well.

she must be fit to do all that running with all the takes

i do i was really good, that movie got me into looking out for franka potente, and she even did another movie with the director called the princess and the warrior but i haven't seen it.
