Use LimeWire to download it. You can (maybe) use Mame or Game Boy Color. Or only wait to buy a PSP (already in sale) and buy Ultimate Ghosts n' Goblins (Not already in sale), which includes new levels and remaked levels in 3D graphics.
You can download Ghosts n' Ghouls too. : )

Using the first link below download a megadrive emulator (GENS works fine for me) then download game from the the second link
