Does EVERY include liquid eyeliner? I have the same problem, and liquid eyeliner fixed it for me.

The cons of the liquid is that it tends to draw a harsh line. However, I've found that I can smudge it while it's still wet and it then leaves a more natural look, but it's still dry and doesn't run later on.

Go to QVC.com. They carry a line called Smashbox. The liner is very easy to use (with a special brush provided). It dries completely in less than 20 seconds and it's on until washed off. A bit pricey, but fantastic.

They also have their own website - Smashbox.com

MK Signature Eyeliner is waterproof, smudge-resistant and fade-resistant.
Apply liner to the upper eye lid, and a dark eye shadow to the lower lid.
This can be fun to play with colors. Try using different colors for different dramatic effects.

Hello
Quit using eyeliner. I used to wear eyeliner. Now I use a slanted brush and a dark colored eyeshadow to line my eyes. Doesn't look so harsh & stays in place with no smearing.

Use eyeliner just on top of lashes use waterproof liquid or opt to use powder black eye shadow and get a good liner brush and wet it and use the shadow as liner.

instead of eyeliner true brushing a very dark eyeshadow inbetween your lashes (right on the tip of the lid).

I saw someone do it on TV and it looked beautiful!!!
