The easiest is always the latest craze for example.
driveways, garages, gutters and fascias, swimming pools or conservatories.
next your marketing people make appointments for your salespeople (closers)to call.
If the salesmen are good they will get you a deal.

Here's how it works.
marketing people get 10% of the deal.
salespeople get 10% of the deal.
tradesmen get 20%of the deal
materials cost 25%of the deal.
other overheads cost less than10%of the deal.
if you've got it right there is 25% left over.
sell big expensive items £2000- £6000.
fit 4 deals a week at an average of £4000 per deal
you earn £4000 per week.
Your sales and marketing are paid on results commission only(no outlay)
your tradesmen are paid when the customer hands over payment to them(no outlay)
you pay for the materials on account after the customer pays you.
that lot is worth its weight in gold use it wisely

I would say a sun bed shop as I have friends who have made it a really worthwhile excellent business. I appreciate some people will not be impressed but most people want to be brown or at least use them before they take their holiday. You hire the sunbeds and they come and replace tubes etc so once you have got your business designed as you want it there is not much other things you will need. Hope this helped!

Start a website providing free information that will be very popular - most searched for keywords on Google are around the following subjects:

Once you have a good site with lots of good content that people want to read (& all this can be obtained for free from public domain sources without plagiarism), you can add Google Ads to your site.

The business pretty much runs itself as long as you keep good useful content current and up to date. Not that hard.

As a rough guide of how much money you can realistically expect to make from google ads, the following should help:

- If you get 1000 visitors a day, and they read 5 pages per visit, you make about $430 (ish) USD a month.
- If you get 10,000 visitors a day, and they read 5 pages per visit, you make about $4300 (ish) USD a month.
- If you get 100,000 visitors a day, and they read 5 pages per visit, you make about $43,000 (ish) USD a month.

Just to put that in perspective, I would estimate that Amazon.co.uk gets about 400,000 visitors a day (guesstimate based on Alexa Traffic Rank details). So realistically with good content, good Search Engine Optimisation, and good marketing, you can realistically hope for about 10,000 a day after the first 3 months of going live.

Many businesses are "easy" and simple. They do require hard work though. Be careful of those promising quick returns on little investment. They have scammed you and made their money fast but you usually get nothing.
