Congrats! I felt my daughters first movements around 5 months! This is my second pregnancy and I felt movement around 4 1/2 months. It really varies, depending on your size, if you are smaller you will feel fetal movements sooner compared to someone who is a little bigger. Get the book, What to expect when you are expecting. You can get it at walmart and it will answer EVERY question you could possible ever have! Good luck.

I felt what reminded me of "gas bubbles" around 16 weeks. The little one just kind of barely puts pressure on the walls of the uterus, so it feels kind of tickly and weird! Some say, like a "butterfly" others say "gas", still others have said "a feather" - but all of it, it feels like a tiny, light fluttering movement! Now I'm 24 weeks, and feeling daily bumps and wiggles all the time!! It's terribly exciting!

I would say 4 or 5 months. When my son moved for the first time it was like butterflies, I could definatly feel it wasn't just my stomach or gas...It wasn't like a big shift (you won't feel that until you are about 6 or 7) but I think you just know. I know that isn't really answering the question but you just know! It's the most amazing feeling in the world:)

You should start feeling the baby move around 4 to 5 months along. If you ever had a gas bubble in your tummy that moved around then that is kinda what the baby will feel like at first. You will know when it is the baby moving. The feeling is different for everyone. It is a fun experience to feel and watch the baby move. Hopefully for will enjoy it as much as I did.

Between four and five months you should be able to feel the baby move. I remember the first time for me I did not know what to expect on how it would feel when the baby kicked. It feels like bubbles in your stomach, or maybe like even having gas in your stomach.

Well they say anywhere between 15-20 weeks. If this is your second child sometime you can feel it a couple of weeks sooner. It is a feeling like you will never forget...it is like there are tiny little butterflies dancing in you belly!
