Lol, obviously I love John because of his own music. And yes of course i own some of his c.d.'s, they are awesome. And of course, theres no doubt how great of a guitarist he is, and i think hes a very smart insightful person altogether, the way he talks, does interviews, ect. BUT..anyways, i feel like i'm getting the wrong answers here...i thought i'd ask just a question and i almost feel threatened by some of your answers...this question is closed.

I don't <3 John, I am a fan of his playing and the fantastic job he does as a guitarist. I own all of his solo work, even his heroin induced CD's. now if you <3 him, you'll have his solo work.
As for the RHCP - big, big fan of theirs - but I prefer the older stuff..

Yes when they first came out I was in love with their sound. They still sound the same so yes I like them. Including that "California" song.

Thay are okay! I like Can't Stop, Take it on, Califarnication, Tell me baby, Scar tissue,give it away and one other but I can't remember the name.

I like 2 of their songs, Black Eyed Blonde, and Catholic School Girls Rule, but they are older songs. I do think that the new stuff is rather poor.
