To make long story short, this girl who was suppose to be a friend, i got her on my phone plan and she ended up moving. the day b4 she moved she told me she had my money she owed for it, well she "fell asleep" and so couldnt bring me the money. The next day she moved and said she will have to mail me the money...well a month went by and she didnt send me no money b/c she said she had no job yet. I have no job either needless to say....so i needed her to pay her bill. I told her i would prolly have to cut her phone off if she didnt pay me soon b/c i cant afford it. She said do what u have to do. Couple weeks later she left me a message saying she got a job, and she cant pay me until 2 weeks from now. So I cut her phone off, this was day b4 her bday and she said i sent u the money yesterday, which was the day she called and said she cant send it til 2 weeks..so she lied. Do you think its mean that i didnt cut it back on or i didnt wait til after her bday to cut it off?

That sounds like a bunch of crap. She's a liar not a friend.Good you cut her phone off birthday or not.She is going to ruin your credit. My sister did the same thing to me and now i can't even get a phone right now.She is not a responsible person and you was a good friend to put her on like that.To show her thanks she doesn't give you a dime. There is such a thing as Western Union she could've wired you the money. She's taking advantage of you and don't let someone like that discourage you from trusting just be careful. She has a job now there is no excuse. The way she uses people you'd think she'd use someone to borrow money to pay you back. You did her a favor next time don't.A whole month went by there is no excuse.Getting that b***off your plan was the best thing for you.

You did a good job on cutting her phone off. It's her fault she did not pay so you should not be worrying if you did wrong. What she did was very wrong so if I were you I would not be worried if I did wrong because now she knows she did wrong and that she has to become more responsible in life. Things don't get handed down so you pretty much showed her a lesson. Look at this in a positive way because at least your not going to get bad credit =-)
Well hope that answered you question.
Ciao~
Have fun and enjoy life without worries!

You did the right thing by cutting that phone off. She never planned on paying you back that money. Some friend.

NO. Don't turn it back on. She's obviously a dead-beat who was only using you to get phone service. Leave her phone off, it's HER responsibility. Cut your losses, look at this is a life experience and go on about your business. Let her find some other lame brain who will foot her living expenses. Don't be her "patsy" any more, she'll only take you for everything she can.

You gave her a chance, then you gave her another chance.
She said she'd give you the money...and didn't, and then said she'd send it and didn't.

You cut off the phone.

Good job. You gave her a chance, she didn't come thru, and you followed up on your promise.

Never ever feel bad for doing that....
