The Four Seasons is very exclusive and has better service than bigger places like the Wynn or Bellagio.

I just stayed at Caesar's. The palace tower (renovated last year) is nice.. since Harrah's bought Caesar's, the whole hotel has improved a lot (has been a DUMP the last 3-4 years). I also did like Luxor VIP rooms (plus the whole pyramid is just COOL). However, Bellagio has been the nicest. I'd stay there since it's in the middle of the nicest part of the Strip. I've yet to stay at the Wynn, but the locals say it's still not as nice as Bellagio.

Where in Vegas? On the strip, it's going to be Venetian, Bellagio, Caesar's, and Wynn (the VIP rooms, especially).
Off the strip, it's the Ritz and maybe Green Valley Ranch. Four Seasons is supposed to be very nice, but it's at the very end of the strip, slightly off of it, and is attached to Mandalay Bay.
I respectively disagree with the Luxor. It's actually a mid lower level hotel on par with Treasure Island.

IT HAS TO BE THE BELLAGIO. THE HOTEL JUST LOOKS AWESOME AND THE ROOMS ARE GREAT. I STAYED THERE FOR A BUSINESS TRIP LAST YEAR. ME AND MY WIFE TOTALLY ENJOYED OURSELVES. ROOMSERVICE WAS GRAT THE FOOD WAS GREAT THE SHOPS WERE GREAT EVERYTHING ABOUT IT WAS GREAT
