I love the "lawn" seats, which are usually behind the regular seating at an outdoor concert. I used to go to the Moody Blues concerts in St. Louis, and we'd all get blankets and spread them out and lay out under the stars and breathe in the aroma of...well you know, whatever it took to enhance the Moody Blues experience. Just remember to bring along those binoculars. And a cooler full of goodies. (can't do that in those seats). Just get there early, as those lawn seats are never reserved.

They are general admission on the lawn of the arena. Usually they have no seats are are literally on the lawn...bring a blanket or something...this is usually the best place to be at a concert if you just want to have fun...the dancing and stuff usually happens there.

Like...in open air amphitheaters, there's usually a section in front of the stage with covered seating, and then behind that there is a big sloping grassy area where you just sit, it's not assigned seating...that's the lawn.

Open seating on the grass in an outdoor venue like an amphitheater.

If the venue is outdoors you will be sitting in the grass. If you insist on wearing that new outfit you bought make sure you have a chair or have the money to rent a chair.
