i got my ear pierced about 4years ago or something and i now i had ear rings in yesterday and today my righ ear started hurt where it piericed and where hole is iaround it its black and inside hole its little back too do you know whats wrong and what i can do?

Don't go pinching it like a blackhead like someone said all you are going to do is burst blood vessels in your ear and cause bruising. What kind of earring did you put in your ear?? Gold/surgical steel/silver, etc? How long was the earring out? Pretty much if you have had the earring out for quite some time there will be build up in your ear and if you put a cheap earring out the forced exerted to put the earring out would have caused microscopic tears and you probably reacted to the metal. I've had this happen with cheap jewelry before. Try cleansing with a diluted alcohol solution, but not full strength since that can dry out your skin and make it worse. If this doesn't work, then be patient and wait. Your skin proliferates (sheds) throughout the day and that old layer will come off soon anyways. (Did you ever wonder why permanent marker is completely permanent on skin?)

You may have dirt in the hole pinch it like a black head and see if stuff comes out then only wear real gold ea rings for a wile til ear gets use to earring again
