Confused, absent-minded, PMS-ing, adolescing,
depressed, in need of a little room or air, suffering from
heatstroke, totally sorry- if you blew up at someone
unnecessarily. In need of a vacation. Stressed- In need
of talking to someone to help straighten out your situation
(maybe a therapist).
Or, all of the above. It's hard to pinpoint it because the
questions is obscure. All of the above are viable reasons.
Don't let anyone convince you that they are excuses. There
is a difference between a reason and an excuse.
If you're under pressure, breathe! Step back from the
situation and give yourself some room for a new
perspective until you feel less crowded.

ok first calm down and chill i don't know if your the type to blow everything out of porportion but in case your not ur prolly under pressure in which case look at all ur options and make a pro/ con list that helps me
