I live in a highrise and this one person that lives in the building stinks really bad. The problem is when you end up in the elevator with him or even after him you can still smell it. How do you drop a polite hint without offending?

hand them a bar of soap and tell them too use it .

You: Dude, there is this girl that lives on the 12th floor and every time she gets in this elevator she has such bad b.o. that she stinks it up. Can you smell it?
Dude: Uh, yeah I think so.
You: Gosh someone should tell her she needs to shower at least once a day and maybe change her clothes.
She's nice girl but hygiene is important dontcha think?
Dude: Sure, yeah
You: Well we aren't living in the dark ages anymore.

write a discreet letter and slide it under the door..do not sign the letter..and be very polite and sensitive..

ask him what deodourant /anti prespirant spray he uses .
if he says none, recommend one, if he does and gives you a name, suggest he changes it ?
