I was cleaning today, and I picked something up to vaccuum under it when I felt a sharp pain shoot through my wrist. It immediately swelled up, but what's weird about it is one area is more swollen than the rest. If u turn your hand palm side up and on the pinky side about 3 inches from where the hand meets the wrist is more swollen than anywhere else. Is it something serious? Should I go to the ER for x-rays?
OMG it took forever to type this left handed only.

I'd go to the emergency room to see if x-rays are needed. You may have torn a tendon or ligament. Until you can get it evaluated, make sure you ice it down. That will help with the swelling.
