we all experience Deja Vu it is more common than we think. There are several reasons why but the most common is the fact that our brains are natural linkers they try to see patterns in things so when you run across a smell and a sight that triggers a memory it feels like you had done that whole experience before thus being a deja vu experience.

Psychologically, Deja vu is related to memory. People often fail to encode or retrieve information so environmental cues help them remember. Deja vu is one of those possible encironmental and bodily cues that may occur (though very rare). I think Deja vu is pretty amazing because an event is happening again!

I think deja vu is a way of knowing we are on the path that we chose for ourselves.

It's a real thing. We see things and sometimes we wonder "where have I seen this before?" or "I have lived this before". Whatever causes it, may it be temporary memory loss, mind tricks, superstitions, reincarnation, or weird alien abduction... I know it's real.
