any thing that have 128 mb video will do best in fear but you must have a higher processor to enjoy it like at least 2.8 ghz p4 or amd athlon64 3200 with a 512 or 1 gig memory , surely with these specs, you caln really enjoy this game

nVidia Geforce 7600+ or better for optimal performance. Though FEAR is capable of running on a Geforce 6600 or even as low as a Radeon X800. Obviously get the best card you can afford.
Here are some options for you:
Dual 7300GT in SLi (if supported by your motherboard), approx $160.
Single 7600GS, $130
Dual 7600GS, $260
Single 7600GT, ~$180
Dual 7600GT, ~$360
And so on...
