Where are some great neighborhoods to live in around the Phoenix/Scottsdale area?

We will likely be relocating to the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area. What are the best schools or districts, best areas for families, low crime, etc. We are probably looking to buy a house in the 200K-300K price range.
