To get up the bar you type the cheats into press ctrl then shift then c.
This one will let you increase their skills, needs, relationships, pretty much everything by just dragging the bar, this has to be done in the neighbourhood though
boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true
This one will give you 50,000 simoleons
motherlode
This one will give you 1,000 simoleons

If you shift click on a sim (that you are not playing on) you can do a whole bunch of things. It will give you the option to spawn ... then click on Tombstone of L and D you can do a whole lot more. Some of the stuff is really handy.
I know theres one for twins as well but i cant remember it... will let you know if i find it out.

boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true type this in while your in the neighborhood and then once you go to the family, you will be able to pull your sims needs bars up and down. It also works on relationship bars, skills plus, this cheat unlocks all kinds of other options. Hold shift and click on just about anything and you will bring up options. Have fun!

well i do know one cheat,
just click: c,Ctrl,then shift and there should be a box at the side of the screen. Then what you do is type in motherlode or motherload
i forgot which one but i know one of them is correct!
