Most guys look better clean shaven. But then you get guys like Dominic Monaghan, who definitely looks better with a little scruff. The thing is, scruff is a small bit of hair, not the full blown beards hipsters are sporting these days. That just looks like Duck Dynasty - nasty.

for males growth of hair on the body is due to the release of testosterone hormone. for some the growth is more while for some it is less. u can shave those warts or perhaps u can cut them with scissors for safety reasons. but remember the growth of warts will increase on cutting them. so u have to periodically cut them then.
