How do you get your metabolism going when your always tired?

Well here is the thing, I don't sleep very well at night and I don't have a lot energy when I get up. I've talked to my dr, but to do any excercise I'd like to have some energy to do it. so basically is there any good metabolism pills or energy pills that work great?

Exercise....pills and caffeine won't do the trick. In order to raise your metabolism you need to build muscle. Light resistance training is best to build muscle. Walking, running and other cardiovascular exercise will burn calories...but it does not build muscle as quickly as resistance training. If you can find the energy to work out at least 30 mins a day, I think you will see a real difference. I would recommend Curves for women. They have an excellent exercise and diet program to build muscle.

our bodies' metabolism doesn't stop working even when we're tired. But it could increase its rate when we are at work. However, to get it going even when you're tired, try getting some sleep. It's good for your body and also for your mind.

Why are you always tired? You need to figure that out first. Do you sleep enough? Eat healthy foods?
