Hairspray or rubbing (Isopropyl) alcohol will usually remove ink from fabric. But, with white vinyl I'd test a tiny spot that isn't noticeable first.
The worry here is that most vinyls and leathers are the color they are via "ink" dyes. You wouldn't want to ruin the dye and make the spot worse. Test a tiny spot with some alcohol on a Q-tip in an inconspicuous spot, first.
Good luck!

Try using finger nail polish remover. I would put it on a Q-Tip then apply to the ink. A little goes a long way.

You might want to try rubbing alcohol. My kids got ahold of a sharpie and went to town on my refrigerator. I didn't want to scratch the surface, so I tried rubbing alcohol and it worked. Try it on an inconspicuous place first. Also Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, with three small kids I should buy stock in these. Gets out alot of stuff you wouldn't believe.

Try hairspray. Hairspray is amazing at dissolving ink.
