Get a cd from operation ivy if you don't have that already. This is punk music. I recommend some songs called Yelling in my ear, Sound System and Room without a window.

try listening to the clash; they are old punk with some ska mixed in and they have a wide variety of different sounds. try violent femmes or the dead milkmen for some cool 80's fun!

Listen to Clash, Sex Pistols and HIM(they are not punk but they are really good). Oh yes Arctic monkeys, they are great
