Here are the lists of actions and their punishments in the state of Texas
Talking-Death
Spitballs-the teacher will in turn spit flaming spitballs at the student
Passing Notes-U must peel off enough skin from your body to fill up a small toyota
Cheating on a Test-The fingers on your right hand will be cut off
Stealing-Chinese Water torture
Eating in Class-You will be burned alive
Throwing food-You will be burried alive
Talking back to a teacher-an eternity in hell

In the State of Michigan it is agaisnt the law for a teacher to even lay a hand on a student! I know a lot of good teachers who retired when this went into effect in 1990.

Well, when some teachers yell at kids they spit. And man, they spit ALOT.

it defintley should be illegal!!! why do adults think they can hit us when we can't hit them back. hipocrytes! never trust em.
