There's this girl from work i used to fancy right, but she didnt didnt give a rat's **** about me before. Now i just learnt that she likes, how do i react to that?

First, don't let this new found knowledge influnece you. If she wanted you to know, she would have told you since you have made your interest known. Secondly, act like a friend towards her(even if you're not even friends) and if she's interested then let her make some of the moves. Afterall, why should you put your emotions on the line again? If she does not make any attempt to move your relationship beyond friends then chances are she's not really that interested.

What you're waiting for? Some women realise they've made a mistake when's too late and believe me, when it clicks in is it painful or what! That's why I'm asking all these questoins about this colleague of mine, I desperately wish I could turn back time!

Do you still like her? If so, maybe you should give her a chance. Maybe it just took her awhile to be charmed by you!
If you don't like her in that way any longer, don't worry about it...she had her chance. But, if you do like her, ask her out. Can't hurt, and the worst that can happen is she'll say no.
