No streaking, doesn't tub off, lasts long, doesn't look fake, better than Mystic Tan and has anti-aging Co Q10 in it

Yes, most of the tanless lotions color your skin. Most by applying a cosmetic pigment (i.e., basically painting you browner), some claim to activate your own pigmentation (although I don't know anything about verifying those claims).

I've tried a few different brands, and had best results with the Nutragena (sp?) stuff in the yellow bottles. (maybe they've changed the packaging since then).

On a health note, this may be a safer route in the long run, as tanning is essentially the skin's reaction to damage from the sun, which should really be avoided if possible.

If you are going to do sunless lotions at home... make sure you shave really well and exfoliate first. I would recommend using the Mystic Tanning booths! You still need to shave and exfoliate but the lotion is spread on so nice and even! I love using it plus it is good for your skin. I have never gotten streaks or turned orange.

Sunless tan lotions don't work well because they may leave streaky lines or they may turn out uneven. Try spray tan it takes 5 minutes.

They work, but you can tell who uses them and who doesn't they always seem to turn you orange and what happens if you apply it unevenly then you look real silly. My brother tested one on top of his already tan skin to keep it maintained and it turned the palm of his hands orange. That was the new Dove lotion with tanning enhancers in it. Good Luck if you decide to try it.

I had to give up a real tan (due to melanoma) and opted to just go to the color I was born with. The tans in a bottle and even tanning bed tans just look too unnatural.

Mystic tan (a spray machine that tans you)works well. Most tanning salons have them.
Kinda pricy though, usually $25 a session

i go to the tanning beds a lot and have tried many different lotions. the one that i seem to like the best is Australian Gold and the ones with hemp in it because it cools your skin down

Forget the tanning. It's overrated. A nice natural pale skin is not only beautiful it's more healthy.
