sore nipples, fatigue, and nausea are sometimes present even in the first couple of weeks. Every pregnancy symptom could also have other potential causes, though, like pms. You can't really know for sure unless you have a positive pregnancy test. (Even those can have false positives in some very rare conditions).

Morning sickness usaully doesn't strat until around the second month.

You may notice you have to urinate more often.

Your breast may be tender, especially around the nipple area.

You may notice emotional changes (mood swings). You may cry for no reason.

Your vaginal discharge may change.

You may notice that you have sinus drainage, more than usual.

More headaches than usual, migraine type.

Your cervix is higher and softer than usual.

Your uterus harder than usual.

These are just some of the early signs. A missed period is the first noticable sign.

The best way to know...is to take a test.

Signs:

Tender Breasts
Sensitivity to smells
Nausea
Weird food cravings and aversions
Changes in your digestive system (I burped alot)

it's different for everyone...but there's a few

If you even suspect you might be pregnant...go see your doctor and get some prenatal care...the most crucial development is in the beginning and the sooner you get on prenatal vitamins the better

Besides going to see a doctor you sleep a lot. You have a craving for different types of foods. You have mood changes. You feel drained all the time as if something else is pulling your energy from you.

Sore nipples, being overly tired, some times women's sense of smell increases and you can literally smell just about everything (that happened to me), nausea. Not all of these happen to every woman that gets pregnant but a lot of them do experience something like these.

Go take a shower. If the water drops feel like needles hitting your nipples, you have a headache that will NOT go away, constant cramping, and you feel like you could throw up any second, then that is a pretty good indication.
