I know their ip adresses and they are piggybacking on my signal. Can I see what they're doing with my signal, ie downlading music etc.?

If you don't know how to setup the security on your network, call the company you get your net from, I'm sure they know how and will help you.

Absolutely.

Login to your router and you can set up a log to track all of the incoming & outgoiing packets.

Most routers will even forward the log to your e-mail address daily.

Then you can just go down and see the location of every packet that went to and from your neighbor's IP.

Turn off the broadacsting in your router then setup mac filtering. Then they can not use it anymore.
