Absolutely -- I am a Level II Reiki Practitioner. I love it, and you can definetly feel the effects. I have made headaches and stomaches go away easily in the middle of the day at work when I can't get to any medicine. In fact, its healthier in that respect because I'm not putting anything unnatural into my body.
Reiki is a great system, to learn more about it visit http://www.reiki.org!

The Ready Reserve Corps is a response team under the authority of the Surgeon General for disaster relief. It was created after WWII and revived by LBJ. It is basically, like, let's say a flood happens somewhere in the US, and the government sends people to address the emergency health concerns of those affected. Somebody has to pay for that. That's what the Ready Reserve Corps does, it pays for that. This is just saying that this is getting a boost in funding. No secret army there.

Yes, reiki rocks!!!
I am reiki level !. I like reiki because it is not tied to a church or religion. It comes right from the Source with no nonsense.
I found an instructor by asking around and seeing who seemed reputable.
We all can heal with just good intentions, but a class can definitely grow abilities.
Sorry to hear about your disease.
Good luck on your path of healing..

Yes, I've been healing people, both distance, and "hands on" for years. When checking out a healer, pay attention to how much time they spend talking about your problem and how much time is spent on your finances, or the Costa of various treatments. There i nothing wrong with charging, per se. I don't charge because the one true healer told me not to. Besides, GOD has always provided for me without charging. My web site explains more.

hi--yes, i've been working with reiki (3rd level) and a number of other "energy healing" methods for over 20 years. they definitely do help quite a bit. so, definitely stay with it and try out other practices like jin shin jyutsu, chi kung, etc. as well--the more the merrier, as they say. the more you get involved with and practice regularly the stronger your energy and your ability to channel energy become over time. also, check out www,sahajayoga.com for a potent "energy experience" which will help with all of your practices. good luck
