no. When he does spend money on her, that means he has a feeling to her and would like to do thing to make her happy

He could like you or actually be offending you. I use to have this one guy for a class that was mean to me. This was in college too and not elementary. He used to make fun of my weight all the time. I was one of the thinnest girls in the class yet he would put my weight down and he would never comment on anyone else's weight and I never got that. He really liked me too so i didn't understand why he was so offensive towards me. Alot of guys that have made fun of me ended up liking me. The next time he teases you, tell him "You like me or something?" If he does like you then it will eventually come out in the open and if he is putting you down and doesn't like you then that comment will put him on the spot and eventually he may leave you alone just so you wont think that.

My mom always told me that growing up but you know what I don't believe it. For one I never was friends or even got together with the guys that made fun of me. And I don't think you should be made fun of. Thats just not right.
I feel that they make fun of people because they really don't like themselves or the are jelous of you. You have something they don't and it makes them mad so they have to find some way to put you down. And anyway you don't need to try to be with someone like that. If they feel they have to make fun ou you to get you to see them then I would just look the other way.
And also remeber you are you because of you. No one is normal and no one is weird, or different. We are who we are. Don't let anyone change YOU.

well it depends sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't but usually boys do it cuz they know it would get to u ,or they probably do like ya but seriously it sort of seems childish but if he does it again say back off u childish person lol
