I'm down with the Raider Nation, but something's gotta shake around here. Why did we pick up the worst decision-maker in the league at QB? The o-line used to be one of the best in the league, but now they can't spring Jordan for at least 4.0/carry? The line has to work harder/smarter, Aaron Brooks needs to remove his head from his fifth point of contact and the defense needs to play DISCIPLINED football in order for the team to get better. Coach Shell hasn't changed much in the way of personnel, and I think that's a huge part of the problem. Neither Gruden, Callahan nor Turner did much to improve the team's blatant lack of discipline and I think it's a disease that needs to be rooted out...

Oakland will have a good season this upcoming year. Led by Hall Of Famer Art Shell...Oakland drafted Michael Huff (Probably Defnesive rookie of the year). I support them but I need to see improvemnt in robert gallery and the o-line.
